HUMANS, Rewired* adventure

FOR FOUNDERS & leaders WHO WANT HEADSPACE and clarity

STEP OUT OF SPEED AND noise BACK INTO clarity

Want to know why mountains transform people?

Why they come back and say "I'm not the same person who left."

To find the answer for yourself join us this November for an epic two-week trek around Manaslu (8,163 m), the 8th highest mountain in the world.

The Himalayas are the bones of the world. And somewhere up there, in the silence of the thin mountain air, you turn back toward yourself. Toward the plans you forgot you had, and the dreams you haven't had time to listen to.

There is something special about this place. Something even a completely non-spiritual person can't quite argue with. And I want to share it with you.

A once-in-a-lifetime adventure awaits.

What to Expect

❋ Trail rhythm

Trail life is simple: eat, hike, sleep, repeat. For two weeks you’ll drop the constant decision-making and will immerse yourself in the astonishing beauty of the Himalaya.

❋ Small Founder Circle

A small group (max 5) of fellow founders and high achievers who get it. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the journey itself. It’s a space for good conversations, and new perspective.

❋ Local support

We won’t sleep in tents or carry heavy backpacks. We’ll stay in local teahouses. So count on warm meals and real beds. Local porters will help us with the bulk, so you can hike with a daypack only. Local guide will unsure communication and safety.

❋ Expert Facilitation

I’ll hold a light structure around the journey: discussion prompts, simple reflection moments, and check-ins so you can make sense of your life path and come back with clearer priorities.

your hostS

Hey, I’m Anna - a neuroscience PhD, now working as an executive coach and consultant in human performance and wellbeing.

From what I know about brain science and human biology: we live in a world we were not designed for. It's too noisy, too fast, too demanding.

No wonder so many of us are burned out, overwhelmed, or quietly unhappy. For founders and high-performers, it's even more true because we're wired to aim higher and push harder than everyone else.

Anna Steinzeig

Which is exactly why we need moments of genuine silence and disconnection to find clarity again.

My love for nature goes back over 10 years: I’ve spent many days trekking in Nordic wilderness, among South American volcanoes, or in the thin air of the Himalayas.

I’ve been to Nepal twice. I know this place, and I know what it does to people.

You're in good hands.

Meet Dawa, our local guide and the man who calls these mountains home.

Dawa has been leading treks in the Himalayas for over 10 years.

This will be my third time trekking with him, and there's a reason I keep coming back. He's reliable, calm under pressure, and takes altitude seriously. He will be watching us closely, checking in on everyone daily, and making sure we acclimatise well.

Dawa sherpa

For Manaslu, a licensed local guide is mandatory. But beyond the permit requirement, having Dawa with us means we never have to think about logistics, navigation, communication with locals or paperwork. He handles all of it so we can focus entirely on the experience.

why i’am doing this

My first time in Nepal was transformative. I went while recovering from burnout, not in great shape physically, honestly, so it was tough…

But somehow I knew it was exactly the right thing for me to do.

For two weeks it became a walking meditation: wake up, walk, eat, sleep, repeat.

No connection. No external world input.

And in that silence, things got clearer.

I reassessed my values.

Got clarity on what I actually wanted from life.

And picked up some unexpected wisdom from my tiny Sherpa guide.

When I came home, I completely changed the direction: quit my job, started a business, shifted my lifestyle, and even moved to a different country.

All because I finally had enough space to hear my own voice.

That's why I'm organising this journey. I want other busy high-achievers to have that kind of space: held by the rhythm of the trail and gently guided, allowing the insights follow.

Itinerary

ARRIVAL

To have the full experience please arrive the day before.

DAY 1 - Exploring kathmandu

Kathmandu - your portal to the Himalayas. Everything there breathes dust, juniper smoke, and anticipation. The city prepares you for the big adventure ahead.

We’ll spend the day exploring the city and doing some shopping before departure to the mountains.

DAY 2 - private transfer to the start of the trek

The adventure begins with an early jeep ride out of Kathmandu and into the hills. The road follows changing landscapes: busy towns, terraced fields, river valleys, and rougher mountain roads as you move deeper into rural Nepal. By the end of the day, we’ll reach Machha Khola 869 m, the trailhead and our first night close to the mountains.

DAY 3-13 - the trek

From Day 3, we leave the road behind and enter the mountain world fully. Over the next eleven days, we move through deep valleys, forests, suspension bridges, monasteries, and remote Himalayan settlements, while the landscape becomes ever more open, dramatic, and remote. The trek gradually takes us from lush lower terrain into a high-altitude alpine environment, with time to acclimatise before reaching its highest point Larkya La Pass at 5,106 metres, the highest point of the journey

DAY 14 - private transfer back to kathmandu

Time to return to Kathmandu with tired legs and a head full of mountain memories. It is the natural closing arc of the journey: from the silence and rawness of the Himalayas back to the crazy movement of the city.

DEPARTURE

Fly home the day after returning to Kathmandu, or stay a little longer to explore.

Who this is for

You're ready for a big change or feeling one coming.

You want to start shifting something, but need the space to figure out how.

You're curious about what you're actually made of.

You want to feel genuinely alive again.

*Some believe that can go to the mountains with a question and the answer finds you.

Who should skip this one

This is a demanding high-altitude trek, 14 days, up to 8 hours of walking per day, reaching over 5,000 metres at the pass. It's not suitable if you have serious heart or lung conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, or recent surgery. Persistent joint problems and pregnancy are also reasons to sit this one out.

If you're after comfort and luxury, this probably isn't for you either. Basic conditions of tea houses, cold nights, and daily physical challenges are part of the experience.

“It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.”

FAQs

WhY Manaslu trek?

1

Manaslu is more off-the-beaten-path and less commercial than more popular treks. No crowds, no tourist circus. It's located in a restricted area meaning fewer people, and rawer experience. We’ll be walking around one of the highest mountain in the world through Tibetan-influenced villages, monasteries, and dramatic high-altitude landscapes that feel untouched.

IS IT SAFE?

2

High altitude trekking always carries certain risks. High altitude reduces oxygen availability significantly, and good decision-making matters. That is why the itinerary includes acclimatisation days, a gradual ascent and designed to reduce unnecessary risk. We’ll be also accompanied by a trusted, experienced local guide who walked this route many times and will be assessing how everyone is doing throughout the trek, every single day.

Why Go with you?

3

Because it’s more not just a trek. I bring together the adventure, the structure, and well thought preparation. You do not need to spend your energy on making decisions, or figuring everything out on the go. The essentials are taken care of, so you can focus on what you came for: the mountains, the challenge, and the perspective.

How fit do I need to be?

4

You do not need to be an elite athlete, but you need to have certain level of physical fitness. We're walking 5-8 hours a day for 11 days, reaching over 5,000 metres at the pass. If you exercise consistently and maintain healthy lifestyle, you'll be fine. We can talk through your current fitness on our call.
