Executive coaching for founders and leaders
Let's make sense of what's happening at work
You pull back when you should push forward. Your role feels heavier than it should. You struggle with conflict, misunderstanding, difficult people…
This happens even to the most capable and experienced people all the time. Work puts us in complicated positions, and once you can see what's going on, it becomes much easier to choose your next step.
I use psychodynamic executive coaching to surface what's driving it: the patterns, the unspoken expectations, the organisational dynamics, so you can adjust your response and grow in your leadership.
I'm a neuroscientist (PhD, University of Helsinki), and executive coach trained at INSEAD and the Tavistock Institute. While I’m completing my EMCC accreditation, I'm taking on a limited number of coaching clients at reduced rates.
Let’s start with a short, free conversation to see if we're a good fit.

career transition
handling multiple stakeholders, conflict
feeling stuck or unsatisfied with your work
impostor syndrome
and other leadership challenges
