SERVICES

Keynote

  • My keynotes translate neuroscience into real-world takeaways—challenging outdated narratives around stress, performance, and wellbeing. Each talk is designed to spark new thinking and open the door to better ways of working.

  • 30-90 min

  • From € 1,500 (excl. VAT)

Workshop

  • These sessions go beyond awareness—they are action oriented. Whether focused on stress resilience, sustainable performance, or human-centered leadership, my workshops are tailored to your team’s context and grounded in science.

  • Half-day to full-day (in-person or virtual)

  • from €3,500 (excl. VAT)

Consulting

  • Some challenges need more than a talk or workshop. I work with founders, leaders, and teams to untangle what's not working—whether it's personal overload, leadership strain, or systemic dysfunction.

  • Custom scope (1:1 or project-based)

WHY this work matters

Everything I do is grounded in one core truth from neuroscience: we’re wired to grow.

Thanks to neuroplasticity, our brains can change far more than we think, building new pathways, behaviors, and mindsets. We can unlearn what’s not serving us and build new ways of thinking, leading, and showing up.

But here’s the hard truth: we weren’t built for the world we’re living in.

Modern life moves too fast, demands too much, and drowns us in noise. It praises 5 a.m. wake-ups, ice baths and multitasking—while ignoring how humans actually function. And when that doesn’t work, we end up exhausted, distracted and wondering if something’s wrong with us.

But it’s not us.

The real problem is trying to thrive in a world that wasn’t designed for us. We evolved for face-to-face connection, watching sunsets, and survival in the wild—not for scrolling, multitasking, or trying to keep up with AI.

That’s my approach starts with how our brains and bodies really function. With the science of stress, focus, emotion, and behavior change. And it’s why I focus on three core pillars: Energy & Stress, Inner Drivers, and Mental Clarity.

the three pillars

Energy under pressure

Description:
When pressure builds, most of us push harder. But sustainable performance starts with understanding our limits. This pillar unpacks how stress actually works—not just in theory, but in our nervous system, daily habits, and leadership patterns.

We explore:

  • The neuroscience of stress, recovery, and burnout—including how our bodies respond to chronic load

  • Energy management that goes beyond willpower

  • Systems that support sustainable output across teams

Goal: lead without burning out—and build cultures that protect energy as a strategic asset.

THE Inner drivers

Description:
Our conscious mind is just the tip of the iceberg. Under the waterline we carry emotions, beliefs, unconscious defenses and motivations that influence our behavior often outside of our awareness. This pillar goes under the surface to reveal and re-write the internal patterns shape us.

We explore:

  • Emotional intelligence through a neuroscience lens—like how the amygdala drives threat responses

  • Unconscious defenses, belief systems, and behavioral triggers

  • The subtle patterns in how we react, relate, and respond—often outside our awareness

Goal: lead with greater clarity, empathy, and calm—even in emotionally charged moments.

mental clarity

Description:
Modern work environments flood our brains with noise and distraction. Digital overwhelm and constant task-switching deplete focus and distort thinking. This pillar helps us mute the noise, reclaim the mental clarity—and train our minds for better decisions.

We explore:

  • Cognitive traps like decision fatigue, attentional residue, and reactive thinking

  • Digital minimalism and attention hygiene practices

  • Tools for sharpening focus, reducing noise, and making intentional choices

Goal: play by you own rules, stay clearheaded, think critically, and make smarter calls—even under pressure.
