  • Keynote

My keynotes translate science into real-world takeaways challenging outdated narratives around performance and wellbeing. Each talk is designed to spark new thinking and provide the audience with practical tips. The topics vary from work performance and mental wellbeing, to our relationships with technology and AI.

  • Workshops

These sessions are action oriented. They are tailored to your specific context and grounded in science. They include running a diagnostic before the workshop to uncover specific challenges. Possible topics can include: resilient leadership, stress and burnout prevention, sustainable high performance.

  • 1:1 Consulting

Some challenges need a deeper conversation. I work with founders and leaders to untangle what’s not working: personal overload, burnout, challenges in leading others, high-stakes decisions, and the tension between following ambitions and staying mentally and physically well.

why it works

Everything I do is grounded in one core neuroscience truth: we’re wired for growth.

Thanks to neuroplasticity, our brains can change far more than we think, building new pathways, behaviors, mindsets, and identities.

We can unlearn what’s not serving us and build new ways of thinking, leading, and showing up.

But here’s the hard truth: we weren’t designed for the world we’re living in.

Modern life moves too fast, demands too much, and drowns us in noise. It praises 5 a.m. wake-ups, ice baths and multitasking—while ignoring how humans actually function. And when that doesn’t work, we end up exhausted, distracted and wondering if something’s wrong with us.

But it’s not us.

The real problem is trying to thrive in a world we didn’t evolve for. We evolved for personal connection and survival in the wild, not for 24/7 scrolling, multitasking, or trying to keep up with rapidly improving technology.

That’s why I ground my work in how our brains and bodies really function, using the science of stress, focus, emotion, and behavioral change.
